Why it happens:
Some carriers (like Maersk, Hapag-Lloyd, CMA CGM, etc.) do not allow live tracking data to be displayed directly on our website.
What you’ll see:
After clicking “Track,” the system may automatically redirect you or show a link to the carrier’s official tracking page.
How to fix:

- The carrier has not updated data yet (usually 24–48 hours delay).
- Carrier not supported by the Track-Trace system.
- Double-check your tracking number format.
- Try again after 1–2 days if newly dispatched.
- Visit the carrier’s website directly to confirm.
- Still no result? Contact our Documentation or Operations Team for support.
Problem 3: Connection Error / Carrier Website Unavailable
Why it happens:
- Carrier website under maintenance or temporarily down.
- Connection issue between Track-Trace and carrier.
- Browser or network interruption.
- Wait a few minutes and refresh (F5).
- Try again later or use another browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari).
- If urgent, visit the carrier’s official site manually or contact your shipment handler.
