PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

Problem 1: Redirected to Carrier’s Official Website

Why it happens:
Some carriers (like Maersk, Hapag-Lloyd, CMA CGM, etc.) do not allow live tracking data to be displayed directly on our website.


What you’ll see:
After clicking “Track,” the system may automatically redirect you or show a link to the carrier’s official tracking page.

How to fix:
  • Click the displayed link or wait for auto-redirection.
  • Your tracking number will be pre-filled.
  • Complete CAPTCHA or login if required.
  • After checking, return to our site via the previous browser tab.
Tip: The carrier page opens in a new tab, so you don't lose your session here.

Problem 2: No Results Found / Invalid Tracking Number

Why it happens:
  • Tracking number entered incorrectly or incomplete.
  • The carrier has not updated data yet (usually 24–48 hours delay).
  • Carrier not supported by the Track-Trace system.
How to fix:
  • Double-check your tracking number format.
  • Try again after 1–2 days if newly dispatched.
  • Visit the carrier’s website directly to confirm.
  • Still no result? Contact our Documentation or Operations Team for support.

Problem 3: Connection Error / Carrier Website Unavailable

Why it happens:
  • Carrier website under maintenance or temporarily down.
  • Connection issue between Track-Trace and carrier.
  • Browser or network interruption.
How to fix:
  • Wait a few minutes and refresh (F5).
  • Try again later or use another browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari).
  • If urgent, visit the carrier’s official site manually or contact your shipment handler.

Our company does not edit, alter, or store any shipment data on our servers.
Since shipment information may change depending on carrier updates, customers are advised to check regularly for the most recent progress.
