How to Track Your Shipment
When accessing the “Tracking” section on our website, you will see input fields corresponding to different transportation types:
a. Bill of Lading (B/L) – Sea Freight
Used for ocean shipments.
Simply enter your Booking or Bill of Lading number. Examples: YMLABC123456789 (Yang Ming Line)
b. Container Number – Container Tracking
Used to track individual containers.
The format consists of 4 letters + 7 digits (ISO container number). Examples: MSKU1234567
c. Air Cargo Tracking – AirWay Bill (AWB)
Used for air freight shipments.
Format: 3-digit airline code + dash + 8-digit serial number. Examples: 016-12345675 (Lufthansa Cargo)
d. Express Courier Tracking – Courier Shipments
Select the courier service (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).
Enter the Tracking ID provided when the shipment was dispatched.
The system will automatically detect the carrier and display the corresponding results. Once the information is entered, click “Track” to start searching.
If valid, the result will either display directly or redirect to the carrier’s official page depending on their policy.
